House rules

1) Sustainability
We encourage environmentally friendly travel. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when leaving the apartment and before check-out.
2) Waste Disposal
Please separate waste (plastic, paper, etc.) and use the designated collection points at Via della Stamperia / Via del Tritone or Via della Panetteria / Via del Tritone.
3) Property Damage
Guests may be charged the full cost of any damage caused during their stay.
4) Lost Keys
A €150 fee applies for lost apartment keys.
5) Check-in
There is no reception desk. Please inform us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Alternative arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
6) Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
7) Group Celebrations
Bachelor and bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not permitted.
8) Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
9) Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
10) Parties & Events
Parties and events are not allowed.
11) Pets
Pets are not allowed.
12) Minimum Age
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
